Its a chinese style of dish with indian and chinese spices

  • take a bowl and take egg cornflour salt and cornflour in it
  • mix it well
  • cut chicken in rectangle shape
  • then mix chicken with this batter and fry it in oil
  • when it gets brawn keep it in a casserole.
  • heat another pan and sauté onion ,ginger and garlic in it.(it should be sliced thin and lengthy type)
  • add chilly powder
  • sauté it and add pepper powder and sugar.
  • pour all sauces
  • mix it well
  • pour pepper powder if needed
  • add capsicum to it
  • then pour the chicken to it
  • stir well
  • add slightly fried cashew nuts to it
  • sauté it well and transfer to the serving dish
