  • For preparing dry fruits delight, slice pista, almonds, dates, figs, apricot and dry black grapes. Soak this for 20 minutes in hot water and grind it to a fine paste.
  • Blend milk, condensed milk and vanilla essence with the dry fruits paste.
  • Add the vanilla ice-cream and beat it lightly and scoop it into a bowl.
  • Garnish with chopped pista and almonds.
  • Dry fruits delight is ready. Serve chilled.
