3 cloves Garlic
3/4 cup Boneless chicken paste
1/2 cup Coriander leaves
1/2 tsp Pepper powder
1/2 tsp Sugar
1 tbsp Egg white
6 nos Bread slices
Salt As reqd
Butter To fry

Instructions

For preparing chicken toast, grind coriander leaves, garlic and pepper to make a paste.
Mix this paste with chicken paste, salt and sugar.
Apply this paste on each bread slices.
Add little egg white on each slices top.
Fry this toast on both sides.
Chicken Toast is ready. Serve hot with any salad.
