Easy Soya Chunks Biriyani
Soya chulnks biryani is a heathy biryani. Soya chulks is said to have low cholestrol,prevents heart disease.It has protein content equal to meat.It is very simple and easy to cook.

  1. Boil soya chunks in 1 cup water for 5 minutes. Drain and keep it aside.
  2. Grind garlic, cumin seeds, onion ,pudina leaves and green chilli in a mixer.
  3. Heat oil in a kadai. add cinnamon, bay leaf and cloves, sauté it for a minute.
  4. Add soya chunks and ground masala ,sauté for 2 minutes.
  5. Add ginger garlic paste and biryani masala and sauté for 2 minutes.
  6. Add cooked rice to this and mix well.
  7. Now soya chunks biryani is ready.
