Instructions
- In eggplant apply oil and burn it low flame . burn all side well (refer pic)
- Allow to cool and peel the skin
- Now add mustard seed and turn off before it crack
- Now add coconut and mix well and allow too cool
- Now add coconut and mustard blend roughly
- Now add eggplant and blend one mix well transfer to bowl
- Eggplant Chutney is ready to serve. Top oil before serving.
