6-8 nos Hard boiled eggs (halved)3 tbsp Vegetable oil4 nos Onions (chopped finely)1 inch Ginger (chopped finely)1 no Green chilly (chopped finely)1/2 cup Cream1 tbsp Lemon juice1 tsp Cumin (roasted and ground)1/2 tsp Chilly powderSalt (As reqd)1/2 tsp Garam masala2 tsp Tomato paste2 cups Chicken stock1 tbsp Coriander leaves (chopped finely) For preparing eggs in a spicy cream sauce, heat the oil and add in the onions.Stir and fry for about three minutes or until the pieces are brown at the edges.Put in ginger and green chilly. Stir and fry for a minute.Put in the cream, lemon juice, ground cumin, chilly powder, salt, garam masala, tomato paste and chicken stock.Mix thoroughly and allow it to simmer. Put all the egg halves into the sauce in a single layer. Cook over medium heat for about five minutes, spooning the sauce over the eggs.
