Instructions
  1. Make coconut milk by grinding the coconut with some water in a grinder.

  2. Grind neriyari, coconut milk and egg together as if for a dosa.3) Blend elambakka with chilli powder and salt, heat it and fry them in oil.4) Take a pan. Put onion and saute, till they become brown color.

  3. Add chopped garlic, ginger, chilli and tomato, chilli powder and garam masala powder. Mix them and cook for some time.

  4. Add fried elambakka to the mixture. Mix them well and cook them and make gravy or dry masala.

  5. Take rice mixture and pour half of it in a pan and then steam them. Steam the other half of the rice mixture also.

  6. Put one of the steamed dosa in a pan. Spread the elambakka masala.9) Put the other steamed dosa on the masala and stick them both. Steam them for some time.

  7. Cut it into pieces and serve hot.
