- Mutton : ½ k gm -
- Onions sliced : 2 nos -
- Turmeric Powder: 1 tsp -
- Fennel seeds : 1 tsp -
- Garlic ginger paste : 1 tsp -
- Fresh coconut grated : ½ no -
- Coriander leaves : 1 bunch -
- Garlic : 10 flakes -
- Green chillies : 6 large -
- Oil : 2 tsp -
- Water : 1½ cup -
- Lemon : 1 no -
- Salt to taste -

- Grind green chillies, fennel seeds, garlic ginger paste, a large handful of coriander, salt and turmeric powder to a fine paste and rub it over the meat and keep aside for 30 minutes.

- Cut the remaining coriander leaves and garlic length - wise and keep aside.

- Add the marinated meat, cook for 30 minutes stirring occasionally.
