- Green peas - 1/2 cup
- Ghee - 1/2 cup
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Milk(boiled) - 1 1/2 litre
- Dry fruits(Fried) -
- Cardamom powder(Elakka podi) - 1/2 tsp

Instructions
- For preparing green peas payasam, cook peas well. Drain and keep aside.
- Grind it in mixer.
- Fry the ground peas in ghee.
- Add milk to it and cook in low flame for 20 minutes.
- Stir well.
