Beat well.Boil the mixture in low heat for 5-6 minutes, stirring continuously.Place a frying pan on fire and melt ghee. Add mustard seeds, red chillies and when it splutters, add ginger, green chilly, curry leaves, fenugreek seeds and sugar..Pour this into the boiling chickpea mixture and turn off the flame.
