- Yogurt - 1/4 cup
- Sour cream - 1/4 cup
- Chickpea powder(sifted, kadala mavu) - 1 1/2 tbsp
- Ginger(minced) - 1/2 tsp
- Green chilly(minced) - 1 no
- Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
- Fenugreek seeds(Uluva) - 1/2 tsp
- Cinnamon powder - 1 tsp
- Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander leaves - 1/2 tbsp
- Curry leaves - 1 sprig
- Dry red chilies - 2 nos
- Sugar - 1 tsp
- Water - 1 cup
- Ghee - 1/2 tbsp
- Sugar(A pinch) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Mix chickpea flour in water carefully, making sure that no lumps are formed.
- Boil the mixture in low heat for 5-6 minutes, stirring continuously.
- Place a frying pan on fire and melt ghee. Add mustard seeds, red chillies and when it splutters, add ginger, green chilly, curry leaves, fenugreek seeds and sugar..
- Pour this into the boiling chickpea mixture and turn off the flame. Garnish with chopped coriander.
- Gujarati style yogurt, a healthy and tasty side dish, is ready.
