  • For preparing hungarian chicken bake, first coat the dried chicken pieces with flour and deep fry in butter to a golden brown color. Remove the fried chicken pieces and keep aside.
  • In the remaining butter, saute the crushed garlic and onion.
  • Add chilly powder, pepper powder and fry well.
  • Add curd, lime juice, sugar, water and required salt. Mix well and keep the gravy aside.
  • Take a baking tray and spread out the gravy and fried chicken pieces.
  • Bake in a pre-heated oven at 375 degrees for half an hour till the gravy becomes thick in consistency.
  • Yummy hungarian chicken bake, a nutritional dish, is ready.
