Instructions
- Cut the chicken into small cubes. 2) Marinate chicken with chilli powder, pepper, salt and corn flour.2) Keep this for 1 hour. Fry the chicken pieces 1 by one in slow fire.
- Keep aside the fried pieces.
- In a kadai heat little vegetable oil. Fry the shallots,, ginger, garlic, green chillies and coriander leaves.
- Add the fried chicken and mix well.(add very little water ie, ½ ladle) and coat the mix into the chicken.
- When done remove from fire. 9) Very tasty chicken chilli in a twist.
