  • Chicken boneless : 250 gm
  • Green chillies : 5 nos (sliced)
  • Onion : 1 no (cubes)
  • Shallots : 5 nos(chopped)
  • Ginger : 2 tsp (chopped)
  • Garlic : 3 cloves(chopped)
  • Capsicum : 1 no (cubes)
  • 2 tbsp Tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp Red hot sauce
  • 1 tsp Vinegar
  • Coriander leaves chopped
  • 1 tsp Pepper

For marination:


  • Cut the chicken into small cubes. 2) Marinate chicken with chilli powder, pepper, salt and corn flour.2) Keep this for 1 hour. Fry the chicken pieces 1 by one in slow fire.
  • Keep aside the fried pieces.
  • In a kadai heat little vegetable oil. Fry the shallots,, ginger, garlic, green chillies and coriander leaves.
  • When flavour comes out, add hot sauce, tomato sauce, vinegar and pepper.6) Add the onion and capsicum cubes in it.
  • Add the fried chicken and mix well.(add very little water ie, ½ ladle) and coat the mix into the chicken.
  • When done remove from fire. 9) Very tasty chicken chilli in a twist.
