Instructions
- Grate the paneer, cut the cashew, almond and pista into small pieces
- Heat the ghee in the pan and fry the cashew almond and pista.
- once the milk become condensed, put paneer and allow to boil for 5 mins in a medium flame
- add the cardamom powder
- add the sugar and allow to boil for 2 mins
- now add the fried cashew almond and pista in the milk
- now paneer payasam is ready to serve
