  • Grind 11 shallots, coconut grated and turmeric powder well using a mixer grinder. Keep this aside.
  • Add coriander powder, turmeric powder and fenugreek to hot water and boil(water¦s measure is taken according to the rice).
  • Put the washed pachari to the above mixture of water and cook well.
  • When the kanji is cooked well, add the coconut mixture that we had prepared first and stir it well. 5)Add coconut milk to it, stir well and take it from the flame.
  • Fry remaining four shallots in some ghee.
  • Add the fried shallots into the prepared jeeraka kanji and boil it again for a few minutes.
  • It¦s a healthy food for sick people and even during the time of fasting.
