Easy to make kuruma with vegetables and milk

Ingredients
- Potato(diced, big) - 1 no
- Carrots(diced) - 2 nos
- Beans - 5 –
- Cauliflower(small) - 1 no
- Green peas - ½ cup
- Onion(sliced thinly) - 2 nos
- Green chillies – 5(slit) - 6 nos
- Ginger(A small piece) -
- Garlic pods – 7 - 8 nos
- Turmeric powder - ½ tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
- Garam masala powder - 1 ½
- Cashewnuts(soaked in water) - 25 gm
- Milk - 1 cup
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Coriander leaves (for garnishing) -

Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
- Add onion and green chillies and sautT.
- Add turmeric powder and garam masala powder and sautT again.
- Allow this mixture to cool.
- Grind it in a mixer grinder into a smooth paste.
- Add this mixture into the pan containing cooked vegetables.
- Mix well the vegetables with the paste.
- Add the cashew paste and stir well.
- When it starts to thicken, add milk and mix well.
- Adjust the level of salt.
- Add coriander leaves and remove from the flame.
