Ingredients
- Cucumber : 3 nos -
- Roasted peanuts : ½ cup -
- Freshly grated coconut : ½ cup -
- Green chilli chopped : 1 no -
- Lemon juice : 2 tsp (can be add more or less) -
- Chopped Coriander leaves : 1 tsp -
- Salt and sugar : as reqd -
- For the tempering : -
- Oil : 1 tsp -
- Mustard seeds : ½ tsp -
- Curry leaves: 5 - 6 nos

Instructions
- Rinse and peel the cucumbers and chop.
- Keep aside for 15 minutes.
- Now squeeze water from them and put it into a bowl. Now crush the fried peanuts.
- Enter Step
- Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds till they pop. Add the curry leaves and fry for few seconds.
- Pour this entire tempering mixture in the bowl of cucumber and toss well.
