  • Egg : 5 nos
  • Macaroni : 1 pack

For masala:


  • Cook the meat by putting all powders with salt and water for some time.
  • Put the cooked meat in a mixer grinder and shred them.
  • Put the chilly, garlic and ginger in a grinder and crush them to make a paste.
  • Take a pan put some oil in it. Put the crushed paste and curry leaves in it. Sauté them.
  • Put onion and sauté them till they become brown in color.
  • Put the shredded meat in it. Saute them well.
  • Put some coriander leaves and curry leaves. Switch off the stove.
  • Heat the macaroni in water for some time. Put some salt in it.
  • Remove the water from it and keep them in a plate.
  • Take a utensil and break the five eggs in that.
  • Put some salt and pepper powder in it and beat them well.
  • Put some amount of meat mixture in it.
  • Put some macaroni in it and mix them well.
  • Take a pan. Pour some oil and pour the macaroni mixture in it. Cook them in low flame.
  • Serve hot.
