Manja Kozhy Curry Yellowish Chicken Curry 1/2 kg Chicken2 nos Onion (sliced)2 tbsp Ginger (chopped)3 nos Garlic pods (chopped)6 nos Green chillies (finely chopped)3 sprigs Curry leaves2 nos Potato (cut into cubes)1 no Tomato (sliced)1 tsp Turmeric powder1 tsp Pepper powder2 nos Cardamom (Elakka)3 nos Cloves (Grambu)1/2" stick Cinnamon (Karuvapatta)1/2 cup Grated coconut1 cup Coconut milkOil (As required)Salt (As required) Heat oil in a pan.Add onion and sautT.Add ginger, garlic, green chilli, tomato and curry leaves and stir for a minute.Add cardamoms, cloves, cinnamon and grated coconut and stir for a minute.Add pepper powder and salt, mix well and then add turmeric powder and mix.Add chicken and potato. Mix well.Add coconut milk and some water(if needed, just to cover chicken and potato) and cook it on very low flame for half an hour or till done.:- Serve hot with plain rice. Others
