Place 1/4 tbsp ghee, 1 tsp cumin seeds and 1 1/2 tsp sugar in a microwave safe bowl and micro in high mode for a minutes.
Add paneer and micro in high mode for 5 minutes, stirring in between.
Add tomato puree, required salt and mix well. Keep this aside.
Take the remaining ghee and gingergarlic paste in separate dish and cook uncovered in high mode for a minute.
5)Add remaining sugar, chilly powder, turmeric powder, hot water and green peas. Cook in high mode for 5 minutes and then at 70% power for 8 minutes uncovered.
Now mix together the previously prepared paneer mixture and coconutmilk. Cook uncovered in 70% power for 5 minutes.
