Boil half of the milk, add 200g of rice flour slowly so that no lumps are formed and prepare a thick dough. Add condensed milk and stir well.
Prepare one inch round balls with the dough and keep them aside.
|Add 3 spoons of ghee to a frying pan and heat. Add the coconut pieces and the cashew nuts and fry until gold brown.
To a deep bottomed pan add the remaining milk and boil. Add remaining rice flour slowly. As this is becoming thick, add the rice balls and the fried coconut pieces, sugar and the cashew nuts. Mix well.
Finally add the cardamom powder, mix well and simmer in low flame until the contents become slightly thick.
