  • 100 g Long grain rice boiled with grains separate and cooled
  • 4 nos Springs onions finely chopped
  • 1 cup Spring onion tops finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Mushrooms sliced
  • 4 tbsp Soya sauce
  • Ajinomoto A pinch
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • Salt As reqd


  • For preparing mushroom fried rice, heat the oil in a large non stick pan. Stir fry onions, mushrooms, ajinomoto and salt for about 3-4 minutes over a high flame.
  • Add the rice, soya sauce, spring onions tops and stir fry for another 4-5 minutes.
  • Mushroom fried rice is ready. Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve piping hot.
