- Spinach(red) :1 set (chopped) -
- Capsicum : 1 no (chopped) -
- Onion – 1 no (chopped -
- Potato : 2 nos (cooked & mashed) -
- Ginger : 1 inch piece (chopped) -
- Garlic : 5 cloves (chopped) -
- Green chillies : 3 nos (chopped) -
- Turmeric powder : ½ tsp -
- Curry leaves Few -
- Coriander leaves : few (chopped) -
- Garam masala : ½ tsp -
- Bread crumbs : as reqd -
- Salt : as reqd -
- Oil : as reqd -

Instructions
- In a kadai, heat oil. Fry onion, green chillies, garlic and ginger.
- Add capsicum, spinach, garam masala and salt. Mix well.4) Remove from fire.5) Add mashed potatoes in it. 6) Mix well. Make balls out of it.
- Roll it in bread crumbs and lightly press it or make desired shape.8) Fry it in oil.
- Cheera cutlet is ready. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
