- Potato(cooked) - 1 no
- Green peas(cooked) - 1/4 cup
- Apple(cut in to small cubes) - 1/2 piece
- Grapes(green) - 100 gm
- Green chilly - 6 nos
- Ginger - 1 inch
- garlic - 4 pods
- Patta(one leaf) -
- Saunf - 1/2 tsp
- Coconut - 1/4 piece
- Onion(cut lengthwise, big) - 1 no
- Coriander leaf - 6 nos
- Curry leaves - 1 sprig
- Poppy Seed - 1 tbsp
- Cashew - 10 nos
- Curd - 1/4 cup
- Oil(ghee) - 1 1/2 tbsp
- Tomato(sliced) - 1 no
- Salt(to taste) -
- Sugar - 1/2 tbsp

Instructions
- Soak poppy seed in curd for 15 minutes to make it soft.
- Grind coconut with soaked poppy seeds, cashew, sauf, coriander leaves, ginger , garlic and green chillies.
- When tomato is cooked add the ground masala and saute for sometime until the raw smell disappears and becomes little dry.
- Cover and boil until blended well. :-May be for 5 minutes
- Add curry leaves.
- Boil once and remove from fire.
- :-Very good to eat with idly, chappathy, pathiri or ghee rice or even with bread.

In Navratna kurma you never add curry leaves,apples and grapes.Do not add curd instead instead add heavy cream.If you add milk it would be tasty and healthy.Also add some nuts as cashew and raisins.
