palak Nuggets are crispy from the outside and soft from inside comprising of different flavours of many vegetables.

  • chop the onion, green chilli, carrot, beans. capsicum, cabbage, boil the aloo and smash it and make palak as a paste
  • heat the oil in the pan, add onion, green chilli and saute it for 5 minutes, until it turns into brown
  • add carrot, beans, capsicum and cabbage and mix well and allow to cook for 5 minutes
  • add salt, red chilli powder, garam masala and cumin seed powder and mix well
  • add ginger garlic paste and aloo and mix well
  • add rice flour and corn flour and mix well and turn off the flame.
  • now add palak paste and mix well and make like dough
  • from the palak mixture take small ball and make as a cylindrical shape
  • mix water and maida, make as a batter and dip the nugget
  • roll it in the bread crumbs
  • heat the oil and fry the nugget and allow to cook well until it get brown colour and crispy
  • palak nugget is ready. serve with sauce
