- palak 1/4 cup -
- Carrot : 1/4 cup -
- Beans : 1/4 cup -
- cabbage 1/4 cup -
- Capsicum : 1/4 cup -
- potato / aloo 1 cup -
- Onion : 1 no -
- Green chilli 2 no. -
- Ginger garlic paste : 1 tsp -
- Maida : 1 tsp -
- Corn flour : 2 tsp -
- Rice flour : 2 tsp -
- Red Chilli Powder : 1/2 tsp -
- Salt to taste -
- Garam masala : 1/2 tsp -
- cumin seed powder 1/4 tsp -
- Bread crumbs : 1 cup -
- Oil to fry -

Instructions
- add salt, red chilli powder, garam masala and cumin seed powder and mix well
- add rice flour and corn flour and mix well and turn off the flame.
- now add palak paste and mix well and make like dough
- from the palak mixture take small ball and make as a cylindrical shape
- mix water and maida, make as a batter and dip the nugget
- roll it in the bread crumbs
- heat the oil and fry the nugget and allow to cook well until it get brown colour and crispy
- palak nugget is ready. serve with sauce
