Ingredients
- Onion : 2 nos -
- Tomato puree : 1 cup -
- Ginger garlic paste : 1 tsp -
- Milk : 200 ml -
- Tomato sauce : 2 tsp -
- Paneer : 200 gm (I used home made paneer) -
- Cashew nuts : 2 tsp -
- Butter : 2 tsp -
- Garam masala powder : 1 tsp -
- coriander powder : 2 tsp -
- Chilli powder : 3/4 tsp -
- Turmeric powder : 1/4 tsp -
- Salt : as reqd -

Instructions
- Make the following pastes ready.
- Cashew nut paste : Soak 2 tsp of cashew nuts in 100 ml milk for 15 minutes and grind it to a paste.
- In a deep pan, melt the butter and add the chopped onions to this.
- .
- Cook until brown and then add the powders, garam masala powder coriander powder , chilli powder and turmeric powder to this together with tomato puree.
- Cook for 2 minutes and then add all other pastes and salt together with sliced paneer cubes.
- It will be tastier if the paneer cubes are fried on a low flame. (can also add some kasuri methi and coriander leaves if required)
