Instructions
- Wash and dry bhindis, cut into 2 then you can slit them
- Heat oil in a kadai.
- Add cut onions, ginger, green chillies, pepper powder, coriander powder and turmeric.
- Fry well and add for a minute.
- Add the bhindis.
- Add salt and cover and cook for 15 minutes.
- :- Do not add water, can have this with chappatis or rice.
