- Chicken : 2 pieces -
- Coriander seeds : 2 tsp -
- Red dry chillies : 20 nos -
- Ginger(garlic paste : 1 tsp) -
- Pepper : 2 tsp -
- Corn flour : 2 tsp -
- All purpose flour : as reqd -
- Curry leaves Few -
- Vinegar : 1 tsp -
- Salt : as reqd -

- Coarsely powder coriander seeds. Powder red chillies and mix with vinegar.4) Apply this on chicken and marinate it for 1 hour refrigerated.
- Heat little oil in a pan, Place the chicken pieces in it and fry both sides.6) The masala should stick in chicken pieces.
- Remove from pan, dip in corn starch and again in flour.8) Fry the chicken again in low flame till cooked.
- Let the masala become thick.12) Pour this on the fried chicken and serve hot with chappathi / rice.
