  • 1 cup Roasted gram Pottukadala
  • 4 tbsp Ghee
  • 1 cup Sugar powdered
  • 1 tsp Cardamom powder Elakka podi
  • 4 tbsp Cashew nuts crushed


  • For preparing pottukadala laddu, first heat pottukadala and grind it.
  • Fry cashew nuts in ghee.
  • Add powdered kadala, sugar and cardamom powder into ghee.
  • Remove from flame and make laddus as lemon sized balls.
  • Pottukadala laddu is ready.
