Ingredients

Prawns : 100 gm
Small onion : 10 nos
Tomato : 1 no
Ginger garlic paste : 1 tsp
Green chilli : 2 nos
Curry leaves : a few
Chilli powder : 1 teaspoonSP
1 tsp Corriander powder
Turmeric : ¼ tSP
Oil : 2 tsp
Salt : as reqd

Instructions

Heat a pan and add 1 tsp oil, add ginger garlic paste ,chopped onions, green Chillies, curry leaves and fry till brown.
Then add crushed tomato and sorted well till its colour slightly changed.
To the above mixture add chilli powder, coriander powder and turmeric ,salt and mix well.
Then add Prawns and mix well.
After some time add some amount of water and allow to cook well.
When oil separates remove from fire-Prawns Tomato Tokku ready.
