100 g Rice1 litre Milk1 cup Stewed apple pulp2 tbsp Strawberry jam1/2 tsp Vanilla essence6 nos Eggs (separated and beaten well)Sugar (As reqd)1 tbsp Brandy (optional) For preparing rice soufflT, boil the milk and rice together till thick and creamy.Add egg yolks, sugar and essence. Mix well.Pour one-third of this mixture into a greased mould and cover it with a thin layer of jamRepeat the layers similarly and top the soufflT with a layer of apple pulp.Then cover it with a layer of egg whites and bake it for about 30 minutes.Rice soufflT is ready.
