Instructions
- For preparing rice soufflT, boil the milk and rice together till thick and creamy.
- Pour one-third of this mixture into a greased mould and cover it with a thin layer of jam
- Repeat the layers similarly and top the soufflT with a layer of apple pulp.
- Then cover it with a layer of egg whites and bake it for about 30 minutes.
- Rice soufflT is ready. Serve with brandy poured over.
