Ingredients
- Sabudana ( chowary) : 1 cup -
- Jeera : 1 tsp -
- Potato : 2 nos -
- Pea nuts : a few -
- Curryy leavs : 1 leaf -
- Coriander leaves : a few -
- Turmeric powder : a pinch -
- Green chillies : 2 nos -
- Ginger : a few -
- Lemon : ½ of a lemon -

Instructions
- Soak sabudana over night.
- Boil potato.
- Heat oil. Add jeera.
- When it splutters, add mustard seeds.
- Add green chillies, ginger and curry leaves. Saute.
- Add potatos and lemon juice.
- Stir and cook till sabudana is done.
- Add pea nuts and coriander leaves.
- Sabudana Kichadi is ready.
