Uppuma made with Vermicelli(Semiya)

Ingredients
- Vermicelli(Semiya) - 1 cup
- Onion - 1/2
- Grated Carrot - 1/2 cup
- Peas - 1/2 cup
- Green chillies - 2 nos
- Lemon juice - 1/2 tsp
- Sugar(A pinch) -
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Grated Coconut - 1/2 cup
- Coriander leaves (for garnishing) -
- For the Seasoning: -
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
- Black gram(Uzhunnuparippu) - 1 tsp
- Oil - 3 tbsp

Instructions
- Take vermicelli and break it into small pieces.
- In a pot, add about a cup of water and bring it to boil.
- Add vermicelli into it.
- Boil for another minute and turn off the heat. Let it be there for another 2-3 minutes.
- Drain water and pour cold water on vermicelli. Again drain water and set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add the ingredients for the seasoning.
- Add onion and slit chillies. Fry till it becomes soft.
- Add grated carrot, fresh peas and keep stirring occasionally until all done.
- Finally, add the cooked vermicelli into it and mix nicely.
- Garnish with grated coconut and coriander leaves.
- :- Serve hot.

Thanks,It`s came out very nice even without adding sugar and coconut. i fried Vermicelli in little butter before cooked and little eastern chicken masala powder added into the vegtable mix .
