Ingredients
- Beef(chopped) - 500 g
- Beans(chopped) - 275 g
- Onion(finely sliced) - 2 nos
- Ginger(finely chopped) - 1 inch
- garlic(finely chopped) - 5 cloves
- Chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1 1/2 tsp
- Tomatoes(chopped) - 3 nos
- Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1 tsp
- Green chillies(slit) - 3 nos
- Water(As reqd) -
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Heat oil in a pressure cooker over medium heat and saute the onions until it turns golden brown.
- Add in ginger, garlic, chilly powder, green chillies, turmeric powder, salt and tomatoes. Saute it for some time.
- Then add in the beef and mix it for 5 minutes on low flame.
- Open the pressure cooker and allow it to boil if there is any water remaining.
- Toss in the beans to the pan and mix well.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and mix it.
- Special beans beef dry is ready. Serve hot.
