Ingredients
- Mangoes(cut into small pieces, medium) - 3 nos
- Chilly powder - 3 tbsp
- Dry red chillies(Kollamulaku) - 20 nos
- Fenugreek seeds(Uluva) - 1 tbsp
- Asafoetida powder(Kayam) - 1/2 tsp
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Mustard seeds -
- Curry leaves -
- Oil -

Instructions
- Fry dry chillies and fenugreek seeds.
- Grind together the fried chillies and the fenugreek seeds.
- While grinding, add chilly powder and grind again.
- Add the ground paste to the mango pieces and mix well.
- :- If u want, you can add a little water also.
- Season it with spluttered mustard seeds and curry leaves.

If we put plain water it will get spoil fast. so add boiled water.
