Instructions
- Cool off the chicken once cooked and mince it in a mixer.
- Boil two eggs and cool it. cut them in lengthwise
- and keep it aside.
- Heat little oil in a tawa.
- To this mixture add the egg yolk and fry for 2 minutes. Keepit aside and cool it off.
- In a cup of corn flour add the beaten egg and mix, bring itto thick consistency.
- Add a cup of oil (for frying) in tawa and heat it.
- Take the boiled egg and stuff the mixture in the yolk cavityand close it.
- Dip it in the corn flour mixture.
- Roll it on the bread crumbs.
- Fry it in the oil till the color changes too.
- Serve hot with sauce or green chutney.
