  • 200 g Nankhatai biscuits crumbled, cookies
  • 3 tsp Custard powder mixed with little milk
  • 3 cups Milk
  • 2 cups Mixed fruits of choice chopped
  • 50 g Walnuts shelled and chopped
  • 1 cup Cream whipped with 2 tbsp castor sugar
  • 1/2 cup Vanilla essence


  • For preparing stylish pudding, prepare the custard by boiling the milk with sugar.
  • Mix in the custard mixture and cook over a low flame, stirring continuously, till the mixture is thick and smooth.
  • Add essence and mix well.
  • Arrange half the biscuit crumbs in a bowl.
  • Add a layer of the fruits and walnuts.
  • Pour half the custard over and repeat another set of layers similarly.
  • Stylish pudding is ready. Decorate with whipped cream and serve at once.
