3/4 cup Whole milk2 nos Eggs (beaten)3/4 cup Evaporated milk1/2 tbsp Vanilla extract1 tbsp Sugar substitute1 cup Vanilla pudding1/2 cup Pudding essence First mix together evaporated milk and sugar substitute. Stir well till all sugar is dissolved in milk.Stir in whole milk into the mixture and combine well. Add vanilla extract, vanilla pudding and beaten egg. Mix well using an electric beater to a smooth texture.Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and freeze as per instructions. Sugar free summer treat, apt for the diabetic, is ready.
