Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Bulgur wheat cracked
  • 1 cup Fresh Parsley chopped
  • 4 nos Scallions chopped
  • 3 sprigs Fresh mint chopped
  • 1 no Garlic pods crushed
  • 1 tbsp Cold pressed extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 nos Tomato diced, medium
  • 1 no Lemon juice
  • Freshly ground black pepper for seasoning
  • Sea salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Bring water to boil and then switch off the heat.
  • Put the washed bulgur wheat in boiling water for 20 minutes and then strain.
  • Mix all the other ingredients and toss well.
  • Add bulgur wheat.
  • Chill in refrigerator for 1 to 2 hrs.
