Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups Vegetable Stock
  • 1/2 Carrot half boiled and cut into thin strips
  • 4 nos Cabbage Leaves sliced
  • 3/4 cup Noodles boiled
  • 1/2 tsp Ajinomoto
  • 1 tsp Soya sauce
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 2 tbsp Corn flour mixed in1/4 cup of water

For making vegetable soup:

  • For making Vegetable soup:- Mix every thing in a pressure cooker, cover it with lid and boil for 15 minutes. If you want to make a clear soup, don`t mash it. Turn off the gas. Strain using a strainer. Use the liquid for making soup.
  • For making soup:- Mix together the vegetable stock, black pepper, sugar, salt, soya-sauce and ajinomoto.
  • Boil it.
  • Add corn flour paste while stirring continuously.
  • Add the vegetables and simmer it for 2-3 minutes.
  • Put boiled noodles.
  • Switch off the flame.
  • :-Serve hot.
