My Mom`s best chicken curry

Fry - till light brown:-


  • Grind the contents under grind (for Gravy) with 1 cup of water including the fried spices and keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add the Cinnamon sticks, Clove, Cardamom and let it spurt.
  • Add the onions and fry till brown and add ginger garlic paste.
  • Add chopped tomato and put little salt so it will get fried good and close lid in medium flame.
  • Add the chicken and Potato and fry for 10 minutes.
  • Then add the grind paste.
  • Add 3 glasses of water, close lid and let it cook and until chicken is done.
  • :- Tamil Nadu Chicken Curry is ready!! :- Garnish the Tamil Nadu Chicken Curry with coriander leaves!! :- Enjoy eating Tamil Nadu Chicken Curry!!!
