1 kg Prawn (cleaned)1/2 kg Dry prawns1/4 cup Vinegar125 g Sugar150 ml Gingelly oil1 kg Tomato150 g Ginger150 g Garlic150 g Dry chillies1/4 tsp Turmeric powderSalt (As reqd) For preparing tasty prawn pickle, fry dry prawns with turmeric powder in gingelly oil. Keep it aside.Fry fresh prawns with salt in gingelly oil. Keep it aside.Grind tomato, ginger, garlic and dry chillies. Fry this in oil stirring it at intervals.Add in the fried prawns, dry prawns, remaining oil, vinegar and sugar. Mix well and allow it to cool.Store in a bottle.Tasty prawn pickle is ready.
