- Chicken - 500 gm
- Basil - 1/2 cup
- Coriander - 1/4 cup
- Green chili - 5
- Shallots - 10 no
- Galangal( or ginger) - 1 inch
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Cumin powder - 1 tsp
- Salt(as taste) -
- Coconut milk(both 1 & 2 ) - 1 cup
- Oil - 3 tblsp

Instructions
- In blender add basil and green chili and corainder leaves
- Now add shallots and galangal / ginger and all powder and grind thick paste
- Clean chicken and keep aside
- In pan add oil and saute grind paste and add chopped green chilli 1
- Now add chicken and cook for 10 mins
- Add some basil leaves and serve it with rice and roties.. Thai green chicken ready
