- Spring onion (ulli theeyal) : 250 gm -
- Onion : 50 gm -
- Green Chilly : 2 nos -
- Mustard : 1 tsp -
- Curry leaves : 1 spring -
- chilly powder 1 tsp -
- Salt to taste -
- Oil : 1 tsp -

Instructions
- Heat a pan and add oil in it, when it gets hot add mustard .
- When the mustard splutters add the onion , green chilly and curry leaves in to it.
- When it gets brown add the spring onion in to it and stir well.
- Then close it and wait for 5 minutes.
- It will take only total 10 to 15 minutes for this olathu and it’s a nice combination with rice.
- Transfer to the serving dish.
