Ingredients
- Beans(cut) - 1/4 cup
- Cabbage(cut) - 1/2 cup
- Peas - 1/4 cup
- Carrots - 2 nos
- Capsicum - 1 no
- Butter - 3 tbsp
- Paneer cubes - 8 nos
- For grinding: -
- Onion - 1 no
- Tomatoes - 2 nos
- Ginger -
- Garlic pods - 3 nos
- Red chillies(Kollamulaku) - 2 nos
- Grated Coconut - 3 tbsp
- Poppy seeds(Khashakhasha) - 2 tsp
- Cinnamon(Karugapatta) - 1/2" piece
- Cardamom(Elakka) - 2 nos
- Cloves(Grambu) - 3 nos
- Curry leaves -
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
- Oil or ghee - 2 tsp

Instructions
- Cut all the vegetables into small pieces and pressure cook them (except capsicum).
- Grind all the ingredients by adding very little water.
- Heat butter in a skillet.
- Add ground masala and fry well. Keep frying till oil separates from masala.
- Add all cooked vegetables and little water. Cover the lid and cook for a few minutes.
- Before removing from fire, add paneer cubes.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and onions. :- Serve hot.
