Ingredients
- Lady's finger(cut into small roundels, Vendakka) - 250 gm
- Grated Coconut(A handful) -
- Green chillies(finely chop 4 chillies) - 6 nos
- Cumin seeds(Jeerakam) - 1/2 tsp
- Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Curd - 1 1/2 cups
For seasoning:-
- Coconut oil - 3 tbsp
- Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
- Curry leaves(A few) -
- Dry red chillies(broken into two, Kollamulaku) - 1 -

Instructions
- Grind together coconut, 2 green chillies and cumin seeds into a fine paste.
- Add crushed mustard seeds into the above coconut paste.
- :- Make sure you don`t crush the mustard seeds too much as it would make the dish taste bitter.
- Beat the curd well.
- Mix together the beaten curd, ground paste and salt.
- Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
- Splutter mustard seeds and saute red chillies and curry leaves.
- Add the remaining chopped green chillies and lady`s finger.
- Fry them till they turn golden brown.
- Add the curd mixture and heat it through.
- Remove from the flame.
- :- Serve with rice.
