- Chicken breasts(skinless, cooked and roughly shredded) - 2 nos
- Chinese cabbage(shredded ) - 1 cup
- Carrot(cut into thin strips) - 1 mo
- Peanuts(Roasted salted) - 1/2 cup
- For the sauce -
- Mint leaves(finely chopped) - 1/4 cup
- Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
- Fish sauce - 2 tbsp
- Sugar - 1 tsp
- Ginger(minced) - 1 tsp
- garlic(finely chopped) - 1 tsp
- Chilies(finely chopped) - 1 no
- Red onion(finely sliced) - 1/2 piece

Instructions
- In a deep bowl mix the Chinese cabbage, mint, carrots and shredded chicken.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well until the ingredients are well combined.
