Chicken Strips with Cabbage, Carrot and Peanuts in Sauces

  • 2 nos Chicken breasts skinless, cooked and roughly shredded
  • 1 cup Chinese cabbage shredded
  • 1 mo Carrot cut into thin strips
  • 1/2 cup Peanuts Roasted salted
  • For the sauce
  • 1/4 cup Mint leaves finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Fish sauce
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Ginger minced
  • 1 tsp Garlic finely chopped
  • 1 no Chilies finely chopped
  • 1/2 piece Red onion finely sliced


  • Combine all the ingredients for the sauce (lime juice, fish sauce, sugar, ginger, chilly, garlic and onion) in a bowl.
  • In a deep bowl mix the Chinese cabbage, mint, carrots and shredded chicken.
  • Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well until the ingredients are well combined.
  • :- Garnish the Vietnamese Chicken Salad with peanuts. :- Enjoy the Vietnamese Chicken Salad!!!
