Mix wheat flour and salt together and pour enough water to make a batter.
Cook potato and onion well with enough salt.
Splutter mustard seeds in the oil add dry red chillies and shallots, saute for 2 minutes, add green chillies, ginger-garlic paste, and curry leaves stir continuously.
Add the cooked potato to it
Make the dosa in a tawa, put some masala into each dosa and roll it
